Experienced Master Mariner

Help shape our crewing module from real-world experience.
Requirements:- 5+ years in crew management
- Familiar with MLC documentation, crew rotation, certifications

Chief Engineer (Shore-Based)

Support our PMS, inventory, and technical logic layers.
Requirements:- Chief Engineer experience onboard

Requirements:- Strong React + MUI experience

UI/UX Designer

Design user flows and clean interfaces across our platform.
Requirements:- Strong Figma experience
- Understanding of user journeys in technical systems
- Ability to translate maritime workflows into modern UI

AI Specialist (OCR + NLP + Predictive Models)
Full-time · Remote or Dubai
Work with maritime datasets to develop intelligent automation tools across modules like certificate processing, reporting, and behavior analysis.
Requirements:- Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Background in OCR (e.g., Tesseract, Document AI) and NLP
- Ability to build and train custom models on noisy maritime data
- Bonus: Familiarity with maritime document formats or fleet analytics
